In the dinning area, there is a bestrow table and seating for 4 people. On the opposite side of the kitchen sink is a breakfast bar and seating for 3 additional guest. The kitchen area is open to the den area creating a spacious environment. The flooring is covered in ceramic tiles throughout the common areas in the lower level.
